STEP 3 · ANSWERED In build — pilot places open

AI Customer Service

A website assistant that answers real questions, captures the enquiry, and hands over to you.

Discuss a pilot Start free instead

This step is in build, not finished. I have a working version but not one that has run for months inside a live business. I am taking a small number of pilot businesses at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback. If that sounds useful, get in touch — and if it does not, the free concept still works with no commitment.

The actual work

Puts an assistant on your own website that answers the questions people ask most often — hours, location, services, pricing approach, what you actually do.

Captures the details of people who are ready to talk, in a structured way, so nothing is lost in a contact form nobody reads.

Hands over to a human at the right moment instead of bluffing, and tells you exactly what was asked so you know what to answer.

Keeps the conversation consistent with what you actually sell, because it is trained on your own material rather than generic sales copy.

What's included

  • — Assistant trained on your real services, location, and FAQs
  • — Enquiry capture with structured details
  • — Sensible handover to a human
  • — A log of questions people asked that you could not answer
  • — Setup, testing on real devices, and a walkthrough

Who it suits

  • — Businesses losing enquiries outside business hours who do not want to staff a phone line overnight.
  • — Owners who get the same twelve questions by email every single day.
  • — Anyone whose contact form is essentially a black hole.

Things people actually ask

Will it sound like a robot?

If it is set up badly, yes. It should not be, but I am not going to pretend this is a solved problem across every industry. Part of the pilot is finding out honestly whether it suits your business before you rely on it.

Can it book appointments itself?

It can be connected to a booking system once one exists, and booking capability is part of what the pilot is for. I would rather prove the capture and handover works before adding a calendar that can double-book someone.

Why is this still in build?

Because I have a working version but not yet one that has run for months inside a real business. I would rather label it honestly and take two pilot businesses than present it as finished and have it fall over during a busy week.
