Missed-Enquiry Follow-up
Turn every enquiry into a booked job instead of a lost one.
This step is in build, not finished. I have a working version but not one that has run for months inside a live business. I am taking a small number of pilot businesses at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback. If that sounds useful, get in touch — and if it does not, the free concept still works with no commitment.
The actual work
Acknowledges every enquiry quickly, including the ones that arrive at 9pm on a Sunday when nobody is awake to reply.
Qualifies the enquiry against what you actually have capacity for, so you stop booking jobs you cannot service.
Carries the conversation through to an actual booking, rather than leaving it at "thanks for getting in touch".
Sends the reminders and confirmations that reduce the no-shows that quietly cost small businesses more than they realise.
Re-engages the people who enquired and went quiet — a genuinely warm list that most businesses never work at all.
Tells you where people are dropping out, so the leak is visible instead of guessed at.
What's included
- — Instant acknowledgement on every channel you use
- — Qualification and routing so enquiries reach the right person
- — Booking flow and confirmations
- — Automated reminders that reduce no-shows
- — A re-engagement sequence for quiet enquiries
- — A clear picture of where people drop off
Who it suits
- — Trades and service businesses losing work purely because nobody replied in time.
- — Anyone with a healthy enquiry volume and an alarming no-show rate.
- — Businesses that know exactly which jobs are worth chasing and have no system to chase them.
Things people actually ask
Is this just an autoresponder?
No, and an autoresponder is where most people stop. The value is in what happens after the reply: qualifying, booking, reminding, and chasing the ones that went quiet. Anyone can send a "thanks for your email" — that is not a system.
Will customers find it annoying?
It depends entirely on the tone and the timing, and that is something we tune during the pilot with real enquiry data. Pushy follow-up damages a business; a single useful message at the right moment is usually welcome.
Does it work without a new system?
Often, yes. If you already take enquiries by email or text, I can build the follow-up on top of what you have rather than asking you to change everything first. That is usually the cheaper and faster route.
