Things people actually ask
Do I own the domain and the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you get full access. If you ever want to leave, you can move it to another host yourself without needing permission from me. I would rather you stay because the work is good than because you are locked in.
What does care actually cover?
Updates, security patches, backups, monitoring, and content changes. If something breaks, I fix it. It does not include building new features — that is quoted separately and only if you want it.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually yes. I will look at what is there first, tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or whether the underlying platform is the reason it is slow or insecure, and give you the options. Some of these turn out to be a hosting problem rather than a build problem, and that is a much cheaper fix.
