Things people actually ask
Is this just ChatGPT with a different name?
No. A chatbot you have to go and open is a worse version of the thing you already have. The value is in it running by itself on your data and putting results where the work happens.
What should we automate first?
Usually the most boring repeatable task that currently takes the longest and is easiest to check the output of. I would rather automate one thing properly than five things badly, and I will tell you when the honest answer is that nothing should be automated yet.
Where does our data go?
That is a fair question and you should get a straight answer before anything is built. It depends on the tools involved, it is covered in writing before we start, and I will not build a system that quietly sends your client data somewhere you would not want it.
