I run Byte Digital from Christchurch, working with businesses across New Zealand. I have been building websites since 2011, which means I have watched the web move from static pages through frameworks to the current point where people ask an AI assistant for a recommendation instead of typing a search.
Most of what I build came out of needing it myself. CookTwo is a real-time AI-powered PWA for couples cooking with different nutrition goals. The website pipeline that produces the free concept sites is the other big one — built because doing it by hand did not scale, and then it turned out to be more useful than the sites it made.
Because it is automated, producing a concept site costs me very little, which is the only honest reason the free offer exists. It is not a discount and it is not a trial that expires — you can take the source files and walk away.
